Central website usage terms

KARCSHAM services are provided by KARCSHAM CO. FOR BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY & DIGITAL WORKS, registered in Sudan under BN: 12316, referred to in these terms as KARCSHAM, with its address at Sudan — North Darfur — El Fasher — Kutum. It is the contracting party for every order created on this site, and its identity as at the time the order was created is kept with the order and its documents.

The website introduces KARCSHAM services and provides paths for accounts, service requests, store operations, contact, and management of selected services. Using the website does not create an obligation to deliver a service unless the request is confirmed.

Services, catalog entries, and request options provide general or operational descriptions of work areas. Eligibility, scope, availability, and pricing may vary according to request details and review, and services that rely on external providers may be affected by their own policies or availability.

The store may allow product, service, or subscription orders. Some payment methods require manual review or payment proof, and an order is not complete until payment is accepted and the status is confirmed in the system. Activation, renewal, and cancellation depend on the product type, order status, and any relevant service-provider terms. Refunds: if a paid order is cancelled before it is executed with the provider, the full amount is returned by the same payment method and currency within 24 hours at most of the refund being approved; if the provider has already executed it, whatever was not consumed or can be reversed by the provider is returned. The customer is notified of the refund decision and its reference inside the order.

A KARCSHAM Central account may start sign-in to KF or KWSM when the required identity, application access, and synchronization state are current. Seeing an application link does not guarantee that a destination session was created, and each application continues to enforce its own access controls.

When you send a contact message or service request, scope, deliverables, cost, and timeline are determined according to the available information and team review.
