- An eligible Start plan — started by bank transfer or crypto with its first payment confirmed — renews monthly for free under the current commercial programme, and no new amount is charged. Any change to this programme is announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Other, manually paid plans: you get a reminder before the date, and renew with a renewal request from the subscription page followed by payment and proof like any order.
- If you do not renew by the end of the paid period, the subscription ends (after a grace period when one is enabled) and nothing is charged.
None of the above is an authorisation to charge your account or card automatically.
