A proof under review means the next move is the team's, not yours.
Once you upload the payment proof or the transaction reference, the order shows "payment under review" and the cancellation timer stops: the next move is the team's. Do not pay twice.
What happens next?
- The proof is accepted: the payment status becomes "paid" and fulfilment starts.
- A correction is needed: the required details and a new window for a correct proof are shown.
You can follow the status on the order page, and notifications reach you through your primary and then your fallback channel, as stated on the order.
