Invite a billing user first; a password is the exception and is deleted when the order completes.
The preferred way: add KARCSHAM as a billing user in your Starlink account, then remove that access whenever you like after the payment.
If inviting is not possible and you share login details:
- The password is stored encrypted inside the order only, and read by the fulfilment team when needed.
- The login screenshot is stored inside the order; it is never read automatically or sent to any external service.
- The password and the screenshot are deleted automatically the moment the order is confirmed complete, and the deletion is logged by field names only.
Never send the password in support chat, in a payment proof or through any other channel. Review the purpose of the access and how to withdraw it before providing the details.
