What does my order status mean?

Published: 2026-09-19

A guide to the order and payment statuses as they appear in your account.

Order status:

  • Awaiting payment: we are waiting for the transfer and the proof within the window.
  • Processing: the payment was accepted and the service is being handled (payment, shipping, activation).
  • Completed: fulfilment is done.
  • Cancelled: the order was closed without fulfilment — by you, because the window passed without a proof, or after a refund.

Payment status:

  • Pending: no payment accepted yet. With a proof uploaded it reads "payment under review".
  • Paid: the amount arrived and was confirmed.
  • Partially paid: part of the amount was recorded (orders arranged with the team).
  • Rejected: the proof was not accepted; a new window for a correct proof is shown.
  • Refunded: the amount was sent back to you, with the transfer reference shown on the order.

A cancelled order does not by itself mean money was returned; a refund has its own status and reference inside the order.
