User Manager fields, packages, and RADIUS

User Manager users, profiles, limitations, NAS, and RADIUS attributes.
User Manager requires careful values because several fields affect RADIUS login.
Users
Username is required, max 64. Password is optional, max 64. Group selects the User Manager group. Assign Profile attaches a profile. Shared Users accepts a number or unlimited. Caller ID restricts login. OTP Secret is only for OTP setups. Attributes accepts RADIUS values such as Mikrotik-Rate-Limit:4M/4M. Disabled creates or saves the user disabled.
Packages
Name is required, max 64. Validity accepts time formats such as 1d or 12h. Starts When is assigned or first-auth. Shared Users accepts number, unlimited, or off. Download, Upload, and Transfer limits accept values such as 512M, 1G, or 1.5G. Uptime accepts time formats. Reset can be disabled, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or blank. From Time and Till Time use values like 00:00:00 and 23:59:59. Weekdays are English names separated by commas.
Groups and NAS
Groups contain RADIUS-related authentication and attribute fields. NAS requires name, address, protocol udp or radsec, and shared secret when creating. CoA Port is optional from 1 to 65535.
Common errors
User already exists means choose another username. No data found means the item may have been deleted from the router. No Router means select a router. RouterOS errors usually mean an unacceptable value or a connection problem.
