Getting and enabling the Operations Center

Published: 2026-08-12

From purchase to your first operation, and what to do if the section does not appear.

The steps

1 — Make sure your Karcsham Fi plan is active

The Operations Center is an add-on above the base plan and does not work without it.

2 — Buy the product at the quantity you need

From the store: Karcsham Fi Operations Center, 5 USD per unit, one unit per router. Choose the quantity in your cart.

3 — Wait for the order to complete

Once payment is approved, the feature and units are added to your entitlement automatically and reach Karcsham Fi. No separate service request is needed.

4 — Open Karcsham Fi

Operations Center appears in the menu. If it does not, see the checklist below.

5 — Verify the router's connection first

Open the Routers page and test the connection to the device you want to enable. That step records its serial number, which is what the unit binds to. A router with no recorded serial is refused with a message asking you to verify the connection first.

6 — Run your first operation

Pick the operation and the router. On real execution one unit is spent and bound to that device permanently. We suggest making the first one a full diagnostic — it is a read operation that changes nothing and confirms everything works.

The Operations Center is not showing

All four conditions must hold together:

  • Your Karcsham Fi account is linked to your Central account.
  • Your Karcsham Fi plan is active and not suspended.
  • The Operations Center feature is enabled on your entitlement (it arrives automatically once the order completes).
  • You have at least one unspent unit, or one router already bound.

If all four hold and the section still does not appear, open a service request with your order number and purchase date.

I bought units but cannot select a router

Usually one of two reasons:

  • The router's connection is not verified, so no serial number is recorded for it.
  • The router does not belong to your account — a unit only works on your own routers.
