Confirm your email before signing in

Why sign-in is blocked before email confirmation and how to handle the verification link.
Email confirmation is the first account safety gate. In Central, you cannot sign in to an account whose email is not confirmed; the sign-in page will tell you to open the verification link sent to your inbox.
How the verification link works
- The link is sent to the email used during registration.
- The link is signed, secure, and tied to your account and email.
- The link expires; the system default is 60 minutes.
- When the correct link is opened, the email is confirmed and you return to sign-in.
If you open an expired link or a link that does not match the current email, the account remains unverified and cannot sign in.
What email confirmation unlocks
After confirming email, you can:
- Sign in to the dashboard.
- Receive essential system emails.
- Recover the account later through email.
- Continue WhatsApp verification from settings.
Email confirmation alone does not unlock every practical service. Services such as checkout, requests, subscriptions, devices, and launching KWSM or Karcsham Fi also require WhatsApp verification for customer accounts.
Changing email from settings
If you change your email from settings:
- The old email verification state is removed from the account.
- The system sends a new verification link to the new email.
- You need to confirm the new email before continuing normal account use.
Use an email you own and can always access; it is your recovery channel and an important notification channel.
