What Karcsham Fi errors mean and what to do next.
This is a quick reference for common Karcsham Fi messages.
No Router
Select a router from the top bar, add one under Settings > Routers, or ask a super admin for access.
Different device or Device changed
The device behind the IP does not match the saved MikroTik identity. Stop generation and publishing, open Routers, test connection, and use Re-bind only if the device swap is intentional.
Invalid host or host not allowed
Enter only an IP or hostname. Do not use http://, paths, or localhost.
Host could not be resolved
DNS failed. Check DNS or use a direct IP.
Router already exists
Edit the existing router or use a different host.
Router limit reached
Delete an unused router or upgrade from Central.
Invalid data size
Use 512M, 1G, or 1.5G. For one gigabyte type 1G.
User already exists
Choose another username or edit the existing user.
No data found
Refresh and confirm the selected router.
Select cards first
Select one or more cards before batch actions.
Value is required
Choose the target profile, server, or group for that operation.
Queue worker is not running
Background jobs will not start. Contact server support and do not repeat Generate.
Stalled or Failed
Read last_error, fix the cause, then Resume.
Bulk generation not included
Generate one card or upgrade.
Package can issue X more cards
Reduce Quantity to X or less, wait for renewal, or upgrade.
Expire monitor could not be installed
Open Live Report and install or enable Expire Monitor.
Custom hotspot pages not included
Preview only, or upgrade.
Select at least one router
Choose routers before deployment.
Backup failed or Import failed
Read Last Output and send it to support.
