Monitoring page for customers and routers

Monitoring is usually visible to super admins only. Use it for advanced customer and router oversight.

What it does

• Shows customers linked to the platform.
• Reviews customer access to Karcsham Fi.
• Suspends or restores a customer account when needed.
• Revokes or restores Central access.
• Loads live MikroTik data.
• Checks device identity.
• Re-binds a router to the current device when an intentional swap occurred.

When to use it

• A customer cannot sign in.
• You suspect the customer's router changed.
• Customer access needs temporary suspension.
• You need to review the Central to Karcsham Fi link.

Warnings

• Do not suspend a customer without a clear reason.
• Do not use Re-bind unless the current device is confirmed correct.
• Super admin accounts cannot be suspended from Monitoring.
• Important administrative decisions should be documented in a service request or internal log.
