Daily operation best practices

Use this checklist before important Karcsham Fi actions, especially card generation, deletion, and package changes.

Before generating cards

• Confirm the active router.
• Confirm the required package.
• Review price and validity before pressing Generate.
• Use Preview to confirm code style.
• Do not start multiple generation jobs for the same router at the same time.

Before printing

• Choose the correct design.
• Print a small sample first.
• Confirm price and validity appear as expected.
• Review paper orientation and page size.

Before deleting or disabling a card

• Confirm the username.
• Check whether the card is used or has an active session.
• Use Disable for temporary blocking.
• Use Remove only when the card should not remain.

Before changing a package

• Understand whether the change affects only new cards or current usage.
• Do not change Expire Mode without understanding the effect.
• After saving, confirm the package is Synced.

When there is a problem

• Read the exact error message.
• Try Refresh or Test Connection.
• Review Routers if the error is connection-related.
• Do not repeatedly press the same button while a background job is pending.
• If the problem continues, create a service request with router name, page name, and the error message.
